What violates this policy
- Insults, degradation, or intimidation aimed at a person
- Slurs or dehumanizing language about protected characteristics
- Continuing contact attempts after someone declined or unmatched
- Encouraging others to pile on someone
What does not
- Respectfully declining or unmatching
- Honest disagreement expressed without abuse
- Reporting someone in good faith
