Include the device type, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. Do not include your password or one-time code in an email.
For access, correction, deletion, export, or privacy questions, contact the privacy team. Your in-app privacy controls remain available after you sign in.

Common questions
SHY supports profile discovery, intentional connection signals, messaging after a connection, and tools that help people plan an in-person meeting. Availability can vary by location and account state.
Open the relevant profile or conversation in the app and use its report or block option. Reports are reviewed by the SHY team. Blocking removes that person from your view and prevents contact. Read the full safety guide.
SHY may warn, limit, suspend, or remove accounts under the Community Guidelines. If you believe a restriction was made in error, use the appeal instructions in your notification or email [email protected].
