Privacy rights

Control what is yours.

SHY gives you account controls in the app and a direct route to the privacy team when you need help with your information.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. SHY’s public pages load no advertising trackers. The rights below apply regardless of where you live; where your state or country grants additional rights, we honor the stronger rule.

This page explains how to make a request. Read the Privacy Policy for how SHY handles information.

How to make a request

Exercising these rights never degrades your service. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization, and if we decline a request you can appeal by replying to our response — a person will review it.

  1. Send your request from the email address connected to your SHY account, when possible.
  2. Say what you need: access, correction, deletion, export, or another privacy question.
  3. Include enough account context for us to locate the request, but never include a password, one-time code, or financial information.
  4. We may request information needed to verify that the account is yours before acting on a request.

Choices on the web

Our public pages do not load advertising trackers. Authenticated app sessions can use browser storage; essential storage helps the service function, while other storage supports account access and preferences. See the cookie policy for the current inventory. Device permissions such as location can be changed through your device or browser settings.
